- Sootbreaker enables boilers to be cleaned whilst in operation.
- The tubes are thrown, unopened, into the combustion chamber once the boiler is up to max temperature (at least 350°C)
- Highly reactive chemicals are distributed throughout the boiler, causing hard carbon deposits to dry out and disintegrate
- This causes any soot to be burned off and any residue falls to the bottom of the boiler, where it can be easily cleaned out.
- Sootbreaker can be used every month throughout the heating season to maximise boiler output.
- DOSAGE RATE:
- Boilers up to 25,000 K.cal: 1 tube
- Boilers up to 50,000 K.cal: 2 tubes
- Above 50,000 K.cal: 1 tube for every extra 62,000 K.cal.
